As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AES, Rick keeps the big picture in focus while making sure the day-to-day runs like clockwork. With a start in the industry at Montgomery Elevator when he was 16 years old as a high school student, he’s been pretty close to a lifelong industry veteran. 45 years later with a background in operations, logistics, sales, and team development, he’s passionate about creating efficient systems—and building a company culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Rick believes in leading by example, listening first, and staying adaptable no matter what the day throws his way. His favorite part of the job? “Seeing a team develop, grow, and take pride in their work—and watching customers come back because they notice the difference.” Stressing a work/life balance is critical to Rick. The roles within the company walls is what we do, yet the roles at home is who we are. That will always be more important than what we do! Outside the office, Rick is all about family. “Spending quality time with family, traveling, running, and being a fur baby dad to his two Teddy bear pups.”

As an Account Manager at AES, Brittany is known for arguably the fastest response time anywhere! She is definitely the voice of the customer and understands that any delay is too much!  Brittany has experience at KONE in an admin role and Sales at ECS Corporation. Here, she’s flourished with an expanded product line that has allowed her value to increase tremendously.

Brittany thrives at a fast and sometimes chaotic pace, as it pushes her and response time to new levels. She has high expectations for herself and team members, all with the customer’s needs in mind. Off the clock, Brittany and her husband Aaron are chasing their two little girls, Ainsley and Ellie and preparing for the next big Disney trip!
