Sales Terms & Conditions

All sales of parts or equipment based on an AES quotation are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions outlined here. Any additional or differing terms in the Buyer’s purchase order or related documents will not apply unless AES agrees to them in writing. By authorizing a Purchase Order—either verbally or in writing—the Buyer agrees to these terms.

Pricing & Payment

  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

  • Orders will be billed at the AES price in effect on the date the Purchase Order is accepted.

  • No additional discounts apply unless specifically stated in the AES quotation.

  • AES reserves the right to cancel open orders or revoke credit if there is reason to believe the Buyer cannot meet payment terms.

  • Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

  • Custom or specially engineered orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns & Refund Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item), AES will cover return shipping costs.

Return Authorization (RMA) Required

  • All returns must be authorized and assigned an RMA number by AES Customer Service.

  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns not resulting from AES error.

  • To obtain an RMA, contact our Sales Team via phone or email with your original PO#, part #, product description, and reason for return.

  • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of returning the item. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the package to reach us

  • 3–5 business days to inspect and process the return

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

We ship to nearly any address worldwide, though some products may have shipping restrictions—especially for international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Product weights are listed on each item’s detail page. To align with carrier policies, weights are rounded up to the next whole pound.
